Job Description
Alpha Delta Pharmacy is seeking a highly driven and strategic Project Manager to lead the execution of its transformation agenda under the Stanford Seed program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. • Lead the implementation of the Stanford Seed transformation plan across all business units
2. • Break down strategic initiatives into actionable projects with clear milestones and deliverables
3. • Ensure alignment between transformation goals and daily operations
4. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
5. • Track progress against KPIs and transformation targets
6. • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
7. Collaborate with pharmacy operations, finance, procurement, IT, and retail teams
8. Facilitate communication between leadership and execution teams
9. Manage external consultants, vendors, and partners involved in the transformation
10. Establish dashboards and reporting systems for tracking transformation progress
11. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on milestones, risks, and outcomes
12. Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
13. Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working
14. Support leadership in communicating transformation goals to staff
15. Identify and address resistance to change across the organization
16. Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in project execution
17. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans
18. Ensure proactive resolution of issues impacting delivery
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Operations Management, or related field
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, retail, or FMCG
3. Strong understanding of business transformation or operational improvement initiatives
4. Experience working with structured programs or consulting frameworks is an advantage
5. Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is highly desirable
6. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
7. Strategic thinking with strong execution focus
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
9. High level of organization and attention to detail
10. Strong communication and presentation skills
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Working Relationships
1. Reports to: CEO / Transformation Lead
2. Works closely with: Branch Managers, Pharmacists, Finance Team, Supply Chain Team, IT, and External Advisors
