Job Description
We are looking for a vibrant, stylish, and highly motivated Sales Attendant to join our team at a premium boutique in East Legon. As a Sales Attendant, you will be the face and voice of the boutique, creating an exceptional experience for customers visiting the store while also engaging with the brand’s growing online audience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalized boutique experience.
2. Assist customers with product selection and styling recommendations.
3. Drive daily and monthly sales targets.
4. Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
5. Maintain excellent presentation of the boutique and merchandise.
6. Showcase products through engaging social media content.
7. Participate in photoshoots, videos, reels and other digital content.
8. Assist in promoting new collections, campaigns and special offers.
9. Respond professionally to customer enquiries both in-store and online.
10. Keep up with current fashion, jewellery and styling trends.
11. Support stock management and ensure products are properly displayed.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Previous experience in sales, retail, fashion, beauty or customer service is an advantage.
2. Passion for fashion, jewellery and styling.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Confident, energetic and customer-focused personality.
5. Comfortable appearing on camera and creating social media content.
6. Well-groomed with a strong sense of personal style.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced boutique environment.
8. Strong sales orientation and ability to meet targets.
9. Must be available to work Mondays to Saturdays.
